Swimmers can collect their sponsor forms from Evans’ Newsagents, Cambria Terrace, Saundersfoot. Anyone wishing a form posted to them are asked to contact the Chairman, Martyn Williams, on 01834 813039, or at 18 Whitlow, Saundersfoot SA69 9AE. We are grateful to Evans’ Newsagents for both distributing the sponsor forms and collecting the sponsor money.

Any swimmer being sponsored has to hand their sponsor money to Evans’ within three weeks of the swim.

All sponsor money must be handed in to Evans’ Newsagents. When all the money has been collected the committee members of Saundersfoot Festivities allocate the bucket collection to the various charities. Sponsored swimmers are therefore guaranteed that what they collect will be topped up. A presentation evening is then arranged at the St Brides Hotel when cheques are presented to the various charities along with the presentation of certificates to swimmers and Blue Tit Awards.
